Recommended equipment
Trekking boots/shoes or hiking/light trekking shoes (not trainers or tennis shoes). The guide will have the right to not accept participants who do not have suitable footwear.

Windbreaker or anorak (according to weather conditions).
Rain jacket, mackintosh or waterproof poncho.
Water (at least 1 litre); snack.
Other staple goods (including personal use items).
Headlamp (the organization can provide it for € 2).
